Wolf Pak Tabella is not available in certain jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (for example, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions). Requests from these regions receive an HTTP 451 response.

This restriction reflects U.S. legal requirements, not a judgment about any individual.
