Welcome to Wolf Pak Tabella, an end-to-end encrypted, app-to-app messaging and proof service operated by Wolf Pak Strategies LLC.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wolf Pak Tabella to break the law, harass others, distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or send spam. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read content; we act on user reports and account metadata. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. App-to-app only

Wolf Pak Tabella is an information service. It does not place or receive calls to or from the public telephone network and is not a telecommunications carrier.

3. Encryption & recovery

Your messages are end-to-end encrypted. We do not hold the keys to read your content or your encrypted recovery backup. If you lose your keys and have not set up recovery (encrypted backup and/or social recovery), your history may be unrecoverable.

4. Proofs (Aegis Receipts & Sealed)

An Aegis Receipt proves that a signed message from a given key existed at a given time, unaltered. It does not by itself prove the real-world identity of the sender (unless identity is separately verified) nor that the content is true. Use them accordingly.

5. No warranty / limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Wolf Pak Strategies LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
